Water Jet Cutting
At our facility we have the capacity To do high precision water jet cutting, with the possibility to cut batches of parts to within +/- 0.020MM

this machine is also capable of 5 Axis motion meaning chamfers and complex angled through holes can be carried out in one operation

We are yet to find a material that we cannot cut as we can have full control of all 64,000 Psi of water pressure at the tip
​
meaning the we can cut complex and other before impossible Glass parts Up to 100mm thick
Fabrication & Vintage and Veteran Car Light Servicing and Repair
We also offer a fabrication services with both MIG and TIG welding, and are able to bend up to lengths of 1250mm and up to 4mm thick with our box bender

As well as this due to the equipment we have on site we can reproduce any parts for veteran and vintage cars the are not commonly found off the shelf
